GNX brings in Christian Hem as Partner. With leadership experience from Volvo, Porsche and Lotus, he strengthens the team in a decisive growth phase.

GNX announces today that Christian Hem is joining the company as Partner.
Christian has extensive leadership experience from the automotive industry, with key roles at premium brands such as Volvo, Porsche and Lotus. He combines deep industry insight with strong execution capabilities, and has consistently demonstrated an ability to deliver results in a rapidly evolving market.
His experience across OEMs, dealer networks and emerging EV players gives him a unique perspective on both the challenges and the opportunities the industry is facing.
The signing is strategically important for GNX. The company is building a modular SaaS platform that modernises and streamlines operations for automotive retailers and workshops, and Christian's experience significantly strengthens its position in the market.
Christian and Kjetil know each other from their time together at Lotus. Now they reunite.
"This partnership is the result of good discussions, a strong mutual understanding and a clear view of the challenges facing the industry. Christian brings deep OEM experience, a solid network and strategic weight that significantly strengthens the company. That GNX brings in a profile of his calibre as partner confirms both the level of ambition and the potential we have demonstrated to the market. Together we will accelerate growth and take position in a market that is ready for change," says Kjetil Langsæter, owner and CEO of GNX.
"I have been involved in establishing and growing several companies and brands throughout my career, and it is rare that I come across a solution that so clearly addresses concrete challenges in the industry. GNX has developed a product with significant potential, and I have strong confidence in both the team and the opportunities that lie ahead. I look forward to contributing as a partner and supporting the continued commercial development and growth," says Christian Hem.
With Christian on board, GNX takes a new step in the development of the company, with a clear ambition to be a driving force in the modernisation of the automotive industry. Through the combination of technology, industry insight and commercial strength, GNX is well equipped for continued growth – and to contribute to real change in an industry in transition.
